Terms & Conditions
1. Toy rental (exclude balloons, face painting, balloon sculpture, candy floss & popcorn), we require a minimum order of $100 for free delivery and collection.
2. For orders equal to or greater than $100, the quoted price includes delivery, setup and collection. This excludes surcharges for parties held in remote locations (e.g, Changi chalets, Sentosa) and labor charges for venues without lift access.
3. Free cancellation is available up to one month before the party. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited to compensate for our partial loss due to blocking availability for other reservations.
4. For bouncy castles and ball pits set up outdoors, we cannot offer refunds in the event of rain.
